Hello! I’m Eleanor Finney—an adoptive, blended, and biological mom to four incredible kids, a military spouse, and a passionate advocate for resilience and mental health. Life has brought its share of challenges, but it’s also given me opportunities to grow, serve, and connect with others in meaningful ways.

I wear many hats:

A Board-Certified Biblical Counselor dedicated to helping families and individuals through life’s toughest moments.
A published author, sharing insights on mental health, faith, and navigating life in the military community.
Creator of the Operation Resilient App, designed to bring mental health support and connection to the military community at everyone’s fingertips.
An advisor on multiple boards of directors, where I collaborate on initiatives that uplift and support families and communities.

Fun Facts About Me

I’m pursuing a Master’s in Divinity with a focus on Discipleship and Outreach Ministries, while my husband, Austin, works toward his Master’s in Divinity in Chaplaincy.
We recently welcomed a golden retriever puppy, who is being trained as a cardiac alert service dog! 🐾
I’m 32 years old and have had nine surgeries, including four cardiac surgeries. These experiences have shaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to serving others.
I’m a Texas native with a deep love for tacos (and yes, steak tacos are my favorite). 🌮
